Here’s a short list of great accommodations that range from a little under $100 during the low season and under $150 in the peak season.
Comfort Suites and Resort ($99)
Just a short stroll from Seven Mile Beach and approximately three miles from the Owen Roberts International Airport, the Comfort Suites and Resort offers reasonably priced accommodations to Grand Cayman visitors.
This hotel is not beachfront but it is beside the beach. For active and fitness-conscious guests, the hotel has bikes for rent, an outdoor pool, a water sports center, and a fitness room. This 6-bedroom B&B offers affordable luxury accommodations. Room rates start at $119 during the low season and $139 in the peak season. It has a pool and jacuzzi, and just a short walk from the famous Seven Mile Beach.
An in-house chef prepares popular breakfast items like quiche, croissants, bagels and eggs.
Spa services are also offered by this B&B. Get a relaxing massage or other spa treatments like facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, hair cuts and hair coloring done in the privacy and convenience of your room. A bridal spa package is also available.
Standard amenities also available to guests are wireless internet access, iron & laundry services, bikes, beach chairs and beach towels.
Courtyard by Marriott ($129)
The Courtyard by Marriott Grand Cayman is situated on both sides of the road across Seven Mile Beach on Grand Cayman Island. The Mangrove Grille and the hotel’s Gecko Beach Bar and Grill is located on this beach where guests can get lunch, drinks, snacks and other beach needs.
Red Sail Sports, a popular sporting and dive equipment vendor in Grand Cayman is adjacent to the hotel, where guests can book water sports rentals, dive instruction, dive trips and sunset cruises.
The Courtyard has five floors and 233 rooms. It has a fitness center & fresh water pool to cater to active guests. Other amenities also available are water sports concierge, babysitting, laundry valet, self-service laundry, gift shop, safe deposit box at front desk, Avis car rental desk, meeting room and business center with print, copy, and fax service.
Sunshine Suites ($130)
Sunshine Suites is a newly renovated all-suite hotel that is adjacent to the famous Seven Mile Beach and located next to the Ritz Carlton and the Links Golf course.
This three-floor hotel has a complimentary continental breakfast of scrambled eggs, hash browns, cereals, pastries, fruit, toast, bagels, orange juice, tea, or coffee.
Other hotel amenities include a concierge, same-day dry cleaning, laundry facilities, an outdoor pool, and two picnic areas. The Sunshine Bar & Grill is situated on-site where both guests and locals can dine.
All 132 rooms are suites and have full kitchens, coffeemakers, AM/FM alarm clock radios, data ports, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, cable TV, air-conditioning, and Golden Door Spa Toiletries. The price includes the properties resort fee.
